Job summary

MCI is looking for temporary disaster relief agents in Virginia Beach to assist during hurricane events. This role is remote and contingent on disaster relief needs, involving customer service inquiries and problem-solving roles. Candidates will work remotely and be contacted as needed, with expected working hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.
