Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a senior Product Manager to lead the Utilization Management product portfolio. You will own strategy, roadmap, and value realization, partnering with UM operations and delivery to align with business objectives and customer needs.

You will guide cross-functional teams across engineering, design, technology, and sales to develop and launch products that improve outcomes for providers, members, and employees.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in product management, strategy, operational improvement, and/or consulting or other relevant experience, preferably within the health insurance industry.
• 5 years of experience in Management or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead UM product management strategy, roadmap, and value realization.
• Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive optimization, growth, and expansion.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product team of PMs and analysts.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
