Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a senior product leader for Utilization Management to guide strategy, roadmap, and value realization across UM portfolios. You will partner with UM operations, product delivery, analytics, and IT to translate business problems into impactful solutions.

You will define requirements, manage backlogs, and lead a team of PMs and analysts, driving customer and provider outcomes, regulatory alignment, and compliant product development within HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in product management, strategy, or related fields, preferably in health insurance.
• 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• UM experience in payer/provider/health tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Utilization Management products and solutions.
• Oversee cross-functional product development with engineering, design, technology, operations, marketing, and sales.
• Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlog.
