Job summary

Southwire Company LLC in the United States seeks a strategic leader to drive commercialization of Southwire Digital Solutions’ data-driven platform. You will develop executive-level relationships across utility organizations and translate complex data insights into measurable outcomes.

In this consultative sales role, you will engage utility executives, engineering teams, regulatory affairs, and operations leaders to uncover challenges, shape tailored solutions, and expand market adoption

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree and 8–11 years of experience.
• 10+ years in utility industry, enterprise software, analytics, SaaS, or technology sales.
• Proven success selling complex, consultative solutions to executives.
• Experience with electric utilities, operations, asset management, or grid modernization.
• Experience selling SaaS, analytics, AI, enterprise software, or digital transformation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes growth strategies for software, analytics, and decision intelligence solutions.
• Identifies opportunities within utility operations, engineering, reliability, asset management, and regulatory bodies.
• Builds and manages a pipeline of strategic opportunities focused on recurring software, analytics, and data-driven service offerings.
• Develops long-term account strategies expanding Southwire's role to strategic advisor.
• Achieves revenue and adoption targets via new customers and expanding existing relationships.
• Engages executives to understand objectives and translates challenges into business cases.
• Leads executive-level discussions focused on reliability improvement, asset optimization, capital planning, and regulatory outcomes.
