Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC seeks a senior sales leader to drive the commercialization of Southwire Digital Solutions' data-driven platforms for utilities. You will engage executives, build strategic partnerships, and translate data insights into measurable outcomes across utility organizations.

The role requires deep consultative selling, market leadership in utility intelligence, and collaboration across product, engineering, and marketing teams to create value for customers and expand market reach.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years of sales experience in utility/enterprise software.
• Experience selling complex, consultative solutions to executives and senior leaders.
• Experience with electric utilities, utility operations, asset management, or grid modernization.
• SaaS, analytics, AI, or digital transformation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of utility operations, regulatory processes, and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes growth strategies for software, analytics, and decision intelligence offerings.
• Identifies opportunities within utility operations, engineering, reliability, and regulatory groups.
• Builds a pipeline of recurring software, analytics, and data-driven services.
• Develops long-term account strategies to position Southwire as a trusted advisor.
• Achieves revenue and customer adoption targets through new and expanded utility relationships.
