Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales Engineering to lead pre‑ and post‑sales efforts for AI storage and networking in the Northeast U.S. You will drive technical assessments, deliver high‑impact demonstrations, and articulate architecture value to senior leaders and developers.

Remote role with travel up to 50%; preferred NYC area near major airports. You will guide RFIs/RFPs, coordinate PoCs, and align offerings with customer needs across procurement lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Twelve to fourteen years of technical sales/solutions experience, with five+ years in JDM compute and storage.
• Proven ability to design storage architectures and respond to customer RFIs/RFPs.
• Experience with AI storage architectures and NVMe/oF, RoCE networking.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Managers to drive the sales process and quota attainment for AI storage and networking portfolios.
• Lead high‑impact product demonstrations and tailored technical presentations.
• Coordinate with customers, product teams, and third‑party suppliers for PoC activities.
• Provide voice of the customer to internal teams on security, performance, and scalability.
• Represent Celestica at major field events and tech days.
