Valenz Health is seeking a Director, Strategic Partnerships – Employer Markets to lead the development of partnerships that expand market reach and revenue opportunities. You’ll identify high-value opportunities, develop commercial models, and drive launches from negotiation to implementation.

This fully remote role requires a strong track record in healthcare business development, executive presence, and ability to collaborate across functions. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare business development, partnerships, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of employer-sponsored healthcare and benefits ecosystems.
• Experience structuring and launching complex partnerships.
• Executive presence with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and execute.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and economics.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic partnership plans across employer and employee benefits markets.
• Identify and pursue high-value partnerships with brokers, employers, and platforms.
• Build a portfolio of opportunities with meaningful distribution or growth potential.
• Establish executive relationships and align priorities for mutual value.
• Design partnership models and value propositions with diverse structures.
• Develop business cases and recommendations evaluating market opportunity and revenue.
• Lead partnerships from exploration through due diligence, approvals, and launch.
• Negotiate pricing, revenue-sharing, incentives, and other terms with senior leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate opportunities and advance initiatives.
• Oversee commercialization and launch with clear governance and success metrics.
• Transition established partnerships to Strategic Account Management for ongoing growth.
