Job summary

Valenz Health is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships for Health Plans & Direct Payers. This fully remote role focuses on developing partnerships that extend market reach and revenue across health plans, payer organizations, and risk-bearing entities.

You will identify high-value opportunities, craft partner models, and drive initiatives from exploration to launch, collaborating across Commercial, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Client Success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare business development, strategic partnerships, or payer strategy.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payer ecosystem and health plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to expand market reach and revenue.
• Identify high-value partnership opportunities and lead from exploration through launch.
• Build executive relationships with prospective partners and design compelling value propositions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Commercial, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Client Success.
