Job summary
Valenz Health seeks a Director of Strategic Partnership to lead growth across health plans and direct payers. You will identify, structure, and negotiate opportunities, driving commercial value while collaborating across Commercial, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
You will build executive-level relationships, design embedding solutions, and shape multi-year roadmaps with cross-functional teams to expand market reach and revenue potential.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in healthcare business development or related commercial roles.
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. payer ecosystem including health plans and payer organizations.
- Proven track record negotiating and launching complex partnerships.
- Excellent executive presence and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to expand reach, capabilities, and revenue across health plans and payer organizations.
- Identify high-value partnership opportunities and advance them from exploration to launch.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
- Negotiate partnership economics, pricing, and revenue-sharing with Legal, Finance, and Commercial leadership.
- Oversee partnership commercialization and launch with clear objectives and governance.
