STACK Infrastructure seeks a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead client engagements from design concept through contracting, coordinating multidisciplinary SMEs to deliver high-quality, executable solutions. You will guide governance, ensure technical accuracy, and manage lease/SLA considerations across complex data center projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or design discipline (required).
• Proven leadership of technical delivery in data center or mission-critical environments.
• Strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to execute strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client-facing engineering engagements and presentations with internal SMEs to communicate solutions and manage relationships.
• Oversee design and engineering for greenfield builds, retrofits, and high-density workloads including liquid-cooled GPU environments.
• Translate client requirements into actionable designs and project plans.
• Develop and negotiate technical lease provisions and SLAs.
• Manage cross-functional teams across mechanical, electrical, architectural, and controls engineering.
• Oversee design governance and contracts, aligning with STACK standards and objectives.
• Lead and structure technical review meetings with clear objectives and decision criteria.
• Facilitate SME presentations and maintain scope and time control.
• Translate technical language for non-technical stakeholders and ensure traceability of decisions.
• Synthesize technical input into clear project recommendations and decisions.
• Identify cross-discipline risks early (power, cooling, interfaces).
• Document decisions and actions in real time; track follow-ups in the project delivery system.
