STACK INFRASTRUCTURE is seeking a Director, Power Delivery to drive near-term and long-term strategies for data center power delivery. You will manage contractors, oversee studies, and coordinate with development teams, utilities, and external stakeholders to ensure reliable power delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role involves shaping processes, exploring new markets, supporting energy procurement, and advancing internal initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• 5-7+ years experience in the energy space with utilities/consulting/EPC/renewable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, creative thinking, and communication skills.
• Comfort creating processes and implementing strategies and procedures that serve an organization.
• Ability to execute, process, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with internal staff, external consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of power projects for data centers (site power upgrades, new substations, feeders switchgear, generator/UPS/BESS installations, interconnections).
• Manage construction contractors and serve as primary contact with utility and other contractors.
• Own, cultivate and manage utility relationships and foster collaboration.
• Document power plant, transmission, and substation construction processes related to financial commitments and timelines.
• Support reviews of utility contracts and forecast schedules and budgets.
• Ensure designs meet performance, reliability (99.9–99.999%), power quality and redundancy requirements and codes.
• Develop business cases with the development team and review site viability with utilities and ISO/RTOs.
• Provide proactive in-field problem solving to ensure delivery of power to data center campuses.
• Collaborate with STACK Energy and STACK Policy teams to improve processes for data center integration.
• Prepare presentations, track market activity, and generate weekly/biweekly reports.
