STACK Infrastructure US is seeking a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead client technical engagements through lease execution, combining technical precision with strategic leadership. Location is remote with 15–30% travel, reporting to the VP of Solutions Engineering.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and govern the full project lifecycle from concept through contracting. This senior role requires deep data center expertise, strong communication, and the ability to translate

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading strategic technical delivery within data center or mission‑critical environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams to align goals with execution.
• Deep understanding of data center design, construction, and operations.
• Strong grasp of mechanical, electrical, or architectural disciplines.
• Experience with liquid cooling, GPU clusters, and high‑density infrastructure.
• Client‑facing technical roles, including RFP/RFI responses and lease/SLA negotiations.
• Familiarity with the data center lifecycle from concept through commissioning and lease execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or design discipline.
• Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and CFD tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Client‑Facing Engineering Engagements and Presentations with internal SMEs.
• Oversee design and engineering for greenfield, retrofits, and special projects.
• Translate complex needs into actionable designs and project plans.
• Develop and negotiate technical lease provisions and SLAs.
• Manage cross‑functional technical teams across multiple disciplines.
• Ensure design and contract governance align with STACK standards and objectives.
• Lead technical review meetings and document decisions in real time.
• Synthesize technical input into clear project recommendations with cost/schedule impact.
