Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is hiring a Director, Power Delivery to lead end-to-end power project delivery for data centers, manage contractors and utility relationships, and ensure compliance with reliability and code standards. The role requires directing schedules and budgets, and communicating complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

The position supports development teams, drives process improvements, and collaborates with STACK Energy and Policy teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field required.
5–7+ years experience in the energy space.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of power projects for data centers (on site or collocated generation facilities, site power upgrades, new substations, feeders switchgear, generator/UPS/BESS installations, utility interconnections).
Manage the construction contractors and serve as a primary point of contact with the utility and other contractors for the data center projects.
Own, cultivate and manage utility relationships and foster a collaborative relationship.
Forecast and manage schedules and budgets for assigned projects.
Ensure all power delivery designs meet reliability and power quality standards and comply with codes.
