Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Director of Technology Design and Implementation to lead a high-impact data-center project from design through delivery. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, serving as the SME for technology items and guiding a team of telecom, security, and AV specialists.

You will oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of critical infrastructure, and you will ensure safety, quality, and timely completion while maintaining clear

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience in security and network design and implementation.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Serve as SME for technology items for a single large project.
• Lead a team of technical specialists in telecom, security, and other tech areas.
• Coordinate with telecom, security, AV and DAS/ERRCS scopes; manage GC and subcontractors.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of security, A/V, fiber optics, cabling, and network infrastructure.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to design specs, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Track deliverables and resolve issues to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders and manage vendor communications.
