STACK Infrastructure seeks a Director, Solutions Engineering to lead client technical engagements from concept through contracting. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure design quality, governance, and client satisfaction across greenfield, retrofit, and special projects.

The role requires deep data center expertise, strong communication, and leadership in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with travel. STACK offers healthcare, PTO, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading technical delivery in data center or mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.
• Deep understanding of data center design, construction, and operations.
• Experience with liquid cooling, GPU clusters and high-density infrastructure.
• Client-facing roles including RFP/RFI responses and lease/SLA negotiations.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or design discipline.

Responsabilités

• Lead client-facing engineering engagements and presentations and manage client relationships.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, architectural and controls engineering.
• Translate complex needs into actionable designs and project plans.
• Develop and negotiate technical lease provisions and SLAs.
• Oversee design governance and contracting lifecycle per STACK standards.
• Document decisions and track follow-ups in the project delivery system.
