Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Director of Sales Operations and Analytics to lead commercial effectiveness, field enablement, data strategy, and operational excellence for Nestlé Pharma. You will partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Finance, IT, and Analytics to define priorities, drive the commercial roadmap, and ensure systems and governance for disciplined execution.

You will guide CRM strategy, analytics, and data governance, while enabling scalable processes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in information systems, sales operations, or business analytics in biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower high-performing teams with growth mindset.

Responsibilities

Sets the strategy and operating model for commercial operations and analytics.
Leads development, effectiveness, and maintenance of field CRM systems and utilization.
Advises sales, marketing, finance, IT, and leadership to drive field productivity and scalability.
Drives digital transformation initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and user adoption.
Collaborates with Marketing on targeting, segmentation, and integration into CRM/SFA systems.
Oversees territory alignments to ensure coverage of key accounts.
