Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Director of Sales Operations and Analytics to lead commercial effectiveness, data strategy, and field enablement. You will partner with senior leaders across Sales, Medical, Finance, IT, and Analytics to shape the ops roadmap and ensure systems, insights, governance, and tools drive disciplined execution and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in information systems, sales operations, or business analytics in biotech/pharma.
• Leadership of high-performing teams; growth and learning mindset.
• Deep understanding of pharma/commercial biotech environments.
• Knowledge of REMS, FDA regulations, and compliance standards.
• Experience implementing various CRM and field tools.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and operating model for commercial operations and data governance.
• Lead development and adoption of field CRM systems to improve productivity.
• Align with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT to drive revenue enablement and scalability.
• Oversee data governance, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance for data assets.
• Drive digital tools, AI-enabled solutions, and cross-functional alignment.
