Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations to translate strategic priorities into effective deployment and measurable results. You will partner with SOMs, FSMs, and FSSMs to align field resources with high-value opportunities and drive growth through data-backed insights.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, data storytelling, and continuous improvement across deployment planning, analytics, and technology adoption, with a location-flexible HQ/Field base.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Analytics, Category Management, Customer Development, Retail Sales, or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of routing principles, concepts, route planning, routing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and business analytics capabilities.
• Experience with reporting platforms, dashboards, and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to influence and drive action without direct authority.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SOM Team to understand Divisional priorities and strategy that will drive/prioritize field activities.
• Lead deployment planning to align field resources with key priorities and opportunities.
• Analyze deployment effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve coverage, productivity, and ROI.
• Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation based on customer needs and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with FSMs and FSSMs to ensure data-driven deployment decisions.
• Monitor deployment performance and identify risks, gaps, and corrective actions.
• Support national, regional, and customer-specific initiatives through field deployment planning.
• Ensure data accuracy in reporting with REBO, SRE Team, and CIH.
