Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Analyst for Sales Operations to translate strategic priorities into efficient field deployment, analytics, and actionable insights. You will partner with SOMs, FSMs, and FSSMs to drive growth and optimize resources across the field.

Qualifications

3+ years in Sales Operations, Analytics, or related fields.
Knowledge of routing principles and route planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel and business analytics capabilities.
Experience with reporting platforms, dashboards, and BI tools.
Ability to influence without direct authority.
Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with SOM team to understand divisional priorities and strategy for deployment in field.
Lead deployment planning to align field resources with priorities and opportunities.
Analyze deployment effectiveness and adjust to improve coverage and ROI.
Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation based on customer needs and initiatives.
Collaborate with FSMs and FSSMs to ground decisions in data and insights.
Monitor deployment performance and identify risks and corrective actions.
Support national and regional initiatives through field deployment planning.
Ensure data accuracy in reporting with REBO, SRE, and CIH.
