Job summary

Norstella is seeking a high-energy RWD Analytic Consultant to support RWD engagements across the life sciences industry. You will query and analyze diverse healthcare data, including claims, labs, and EMR, to uncover insights that address complex client questions.

The role blends business acumen with technical analytics and requires deep familiarity with the US healthcare ecosystem. You will join a team dedicated to innovation and advanced data solutions for biopharmaceutical customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on RWD experience (claims, labs, EMR/EHR, etc.).
• Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for ad-hoc analyses and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze a wide range of healthcare data sources (claims, lab, EMR).
• Enhance understanding of healthcare trends and drive evidence-based decisions.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals.
• Clean, validate, and transform raw data into structured formats for analysis.
• Develop data documentation, mappings, and lineage for transparency.
• Translate analytic outputs into actionable business insights.
