Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Any combination of education and experience that provides the employee with the knowledge, skill and ability to perform the job will be considered.
• 10 or more years of Progressively more responsible related work and personnel management experience in health care industry and revenue cycle.
• 8 years Leadership experience
• Detailed knowledge of a typical healthcare revenue cycle and associated experience.
• Experience conducting revenue cycle assessments and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of the Care Network vendor partnership and ensure contract compliance.
• Maximize revenue, cash collections, reimbursement performance, and risk-share results through effective vendor management and operational leadership.
• Partners with senior leaders to drive revenue cycle strategy, implement best practices, and improve financial performance across the Care Network.
