Providence is seeking a Director Revenue Cycle – Remote to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Care Network vendor partnership, ensuring contract compliance, performance optimization, and achievement of key revenue cycle outcomes.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive revenue cycle strategy, implement best practices, and improve financial performance across the Care Network, fostering accountability and a patient‑focused culture in line with Providence's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years progressive responsibility in healthcare revenue cycle and personnel management.
• 8+ years leadership experience.
• Detailed knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Care Network vendor partnership and ensure contract compliance and performance optimization.
• Maximize revenue, cash collections, reimbursement performance, and risk-share results through effective vendor management and operational leadership.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive revenue cycle strategy, implement best practices, and improve financial performance across the Care Network.
• Uphold Providence's Mission and values and foster accountability, excellence, and service.
