Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of a typical healthcare revenue cycle and associated experience.
• Experience conducting revenue cycle assessments and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Care Network vendor partnership.
• Ensure contract compliance and performance optimization.
• Maximize revenue, cash collections, reimbursement performance, and risk-share results through vendor management.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive revenue cycle strategy and improve financial performance across the Care Network.
• Foster accountability, excellence, and service aligned with Providence's Mission and values.
