Providence is seeking a Director Billing and Collections to lead remote accounts receivable operations across our geographic footprint. You will oversee billing follow-up, denial management, and reimbursement recovery while partnering with clinics, finance, contracting, and vendors to optimize workflows and financial performance.

You will drive collections improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and elevate the patient and provider experience across multiple facilities, while leading a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in accounts receivable management.
• 8 years of leadership experience.
• 5 years in medical revenue cycle management.
• 3 years of executive-level relationship management experience.
• Experience standardizing complex processes across multiple facilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee billing follow-up, denial management, reporting, and reimbursement recovery.
• Collaborate with clinics, departments, finance, contracting, and vendors to improve revenue cycle workflows.
• Lead strategies to improve collections, reduce receivables, and enhance patient/provider experience.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain standardized processes across the footprint.
• Achieve Professional Billing A/R goals and drive operational excellence.
