Job summary

Providence is seeking a Director Patient Access to lead remote front-end revenue cycle initiatives across the Providence footprint. You will align clinics, ministries, and professional revenue cycle teams to standardize workflows, develop educational collateral, and set performance thresholds with analytics to improve access and cash flow.

This leadership role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle with 8 years in leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or relevant area of expertise Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years and progressively responsible experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, and/or administrative services
8 years of Leadership/supervisory responsibility
Demonstrated experience evaluating organizational needs, designing process changes, and successfully implementing business improvements in areas under control

Responsibilities

Lead the centralized initiative to create standard clinic/professional front-end revenue cycle workflows
Produce educational collateral for front-end revenue cycle processes
Establish performance thresholds and front-end revenue cycle analytics
Collaborate across Providence geographic footprint to optimize professional revenue cycle performance
