Norstella is hiring for a Remote RWD Analytic Consultant to support life sciences analytical use cases across the US healthcare ecosystem. You will query diverse data sources, transform data for analysis, and collaborate with clinicians and data scientists to deliver data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Epidemiology, Mathematics, Public Health, Computer Science).
• 3+ years of professional experience with real world data (RWD) such as claims, lab, EMR/EHR, etc.
• Understanding of life sciences industry and US healthcare ecosystem.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze diverse healthcare data sources (claims, lab, EMR) to deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals to define analytic requirements.
• Transform raw data into structured formats, ensure data quality and integrity.
• Develop data documentation, data mappings, and data lineage for transparency and accessibility.
• Translate analytic outputs into consultative business insights.
