Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Executive Director, Staffing Solutions to lead the staffing solutions practice for enterprise technology clients. Location is remote in the United States, with compensation in the $150,000–$180,000 annual range.

The role focuses on building scalable growth, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning, and driving delivery excellence across government and state/local accounts. Significant travel may be required for business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in business development, sales, account management, staffing, or government contracting.
• Experience providing staffing support to state and local government clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the staffing solutions practice to drive scalable growth.
• Establish and manage recruiting, account management, onboarding, and workforce planning functions.
• Ensure consistent execution of recruiting, placement, and consultant engagement activities.
• Oversee recruiting team performance and hiring metrics.
• Serve as the executive escalation point for client delivery and consultant relations issues.
• Identify opportunities to expand into managed teams and workforce solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish growth plans and organizational objectives.
