Onflo seeks a Director of Professional Services to lead a ten-person team across two layers, including three Implementation Managers. You will modernize processes, document playbooks, and drive capacity planning while districts go live with our education platform.

You will own delivery quality, client outcomes, and the commercial performance of the function—pricing, margins, and collaboration with Sales and Finance. This is a fully remote role within the United States.

Qualificações

• 7–12 years of professional experience with 5–8 years managing people directly.
• Ownership of large-scale, multi-department rollout from kickoff through steady state.
• Experience building processes, playbooks, or operational frameworks where none existed.
• Repeatable approach to making a new system stick past go-live with a measurable metric.
• Ownership of operating metrics for a team you managed.
• Some knowledge of K-12 systems, SSO, student information systems, and data provisioning; consultation when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Professional Services function end to end across ~10 people in two layers.
• Modernize existing processes and build missing ones while delivery remains active.
• Own methodology, templates, and standards for the team.
• Oversee commercial performance, including scoping, pricing, and margins, with VP and Finance.
• Provide coaching and development for direct reports.
• Serve as senior escalation point above managers when needed.
