Job summary

EIS Group is seeking a Program Director, Professional Services to lead a portfolio of accounts, partnering with Sales, Delivery leadership, and remote/onshore resources to drive client outcomes across all delivery modes.

You will shape governance, coordinate resources, and guide teams to achieve project margins and reliable delivery while expanding business through strong client relationships. This is a remote, full-time role based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in professional services project/program management.
• Minimum 8 years in the insurance industry, with exposure to insurers or consulting for insurers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience at a Property and Casualty or Benefits insurer, or related work experience.
• Experience working with software applications and understanding complex business processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; consultative facilitation and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Drives successful outcomes for all projects in the portfolio across delivery modes.
• Coordinates with partner teams to ensure skilled delivery resources.
• Ensures understanding of business goals, scope, timeline and value for solutions.
• Onboards new employees to align with project goals and responsibilities.
• Establishes governance processes to keep projects on track and within client relationships.
• Supports business development and revenue forecasting within accounts.
