Job summary

Teaching Strategies, LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Professional Development (Remote) to lead cross-functional PD initiatives from kickoff to closure. You’ll coordinate timelines, production calendars, and workflows aligned with product roadmaps and PI planning.

Collaboration with PD leaders and multiple teams is essential to deliver high-quality professional development offerings. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with a track record of driving

Qualifications

• 2 years of project management experience.
• Experience with Asana or similar PM software.
• Proven administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task on several projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across different business teams and levels.
• Strong delegation and task assignment abilities.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Willingness to champion new initiatives and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional PD delivery project planning and execution.
• Work with PD Leaders to develop timelines and calendars based on product roadmap.
• Maintain processes for consistent programming operations across PD.
• Disseminate meeting notes with actionable items.
• Triage incoming PD requests and align with roadmap commitments.
• Coordinate data to inform PD priorities and decisions.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure robust reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Support a culture of growth, high performance, and collaboration across teams.
