Job summary

DIRECTV seeks a Director, Procure to Pay Operations to lead our Accounts Payable function and drive growth. You will own the end-to-end AP lifecycle, manage a team of AP Managers, and set a standard for accountability and customer service.

You will shape AP strategy with IT, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Purchasing, and Sourcing, focusing on automation and self-service. Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and modern control environments is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of end-to-end AP lifecycle, including non-PO invoices and payment runs.
• Experience with ACH/NACHA, wires, checks, and international payments.
• Strong SOX controls and tax reporting oversight.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP Managers and back-office staff to deliver accurate, on-time payments.
• Oversee non-PO invoice processing and exception handling.
• Own payment file management, including international payments and bank reconciliations.
• Drive automation, process improvements, and self-service initiatives.
• Partner with Treasury, IT, Legal, Tax, and Accounting on controls and strategy.
