Job summary

DIRECTV is seeking a Director, Procure to Pay Operations, to lead the AP function in a remote role across the United States. You will own the end-to-end AP lifecycle, including non-PO invoices, payments, and supplier master data, while driving automation and controls.

You will manage AP Managers, implement SCO controls, and coordinate with Treasury, Tax, Legal, and IT to modernize processes. This is a high-impact leadership position with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of AP leadership experience, including managing managers.
• Hands-on with ACH/NACHA, wire, checks, and EFT returns.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP Leaders and build a culture of accountability and service.
• Oversee end-to-end non-PO invoice processing and payment runs.
• Manage payment files, banks, and international payments with proper controls.
• Ensure SOX controls, tax reporting oversight, and fraud prevention.
• Collaborate with IT, Treasury, Legal, Tax, and Finance on strategy and automations.
