Job summary

Native American Talent seeks a Director, Procure to Pay Operations to lead the Accounts Payable function and drive it through its next growth phase. You will own the end‑to‑end AP lifecycle, oversee a back‑office team, and partner with IT, Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Purchasing and Sourcing on automation and future strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years AP experience, including management of an AP ops team.
• Hands-on knowledge of ACH/NACHA, wires, checks, and return EFTs.
• SOX controls and tax reporting oversight experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin or equivalent.
• Strong communication and cross-departmental influencing ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP Managers and back-office staff to deliver operations.
• Oversee non-PO invoice processing and resolve exceptions through automation.
• Own scheduled payments (ACH, wires, checks, international) and reconcile payment files.
• Manage return EFTs, stale-dated checks, and escheatment processes.
• Oversee supplier onboarding and supplier master data changes.
• Maintain internal controls, audits, and tax reporting oversight.
