Job summary

Worldpac, Inc. is seeking a Director, Accounts Payable to lead enterprise-wide AP operations across multiple entities in a B2B automotive parts distribution business.

You will stabilize and optimize AP processes, ensure strong controls, and drive automation while guiding a multi-location team. In this role you will optimize Oracle Cloud AP functionality, collaborate with IT on integrations, and develop a scalable operating model that supports growth and compliance across SOX and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting operations experience with multi-location leadership.
• Deep ERP experience; Oracle Cloud required.
• Proven track record stabilizing underperforming functions and leading operational and systems transformation.
• Strong working capital and cash-flow management expertise.
• Ability to lead large teams through change and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools for analysis, reporting, and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AP operations across multiple locations.
• Drive SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards for AP performance.
• Optimize working capital through payables management and discounts.
• Ensure SOX controls and strong vendor master data controls.
• Own the Oracle Cloud AP optimization and system integrations.
• Develop and mentor a multi-location AP team.
