You will manage AP Managers and back‑office staff, ensuring accurate, on‑time payments and robust governance. This remote role supports US operations with centralized leadership.

Qualifications

• Seasoned AP leader with 5–7 years of experience managing managers in back‑office or shared services.
• Deep knowledge of full AP lifecycle, including non‑PO invoices, payments, and supplier maintenance.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, fraud prevention, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP Managers and staff to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee non‑PO invoice processing, payment runs, and bank file management.
• Own supplier onboarding, master data integrity, and change requests.
• Ensure SOX compliance, tax reporting oversight, and fraud prevention.
• Collaborate with IT/Treasury/Legal/Tax to drive automation and system enhancements.
• Manage ad‑hoc and off‑cycle payments with proper approvals and controls.
