Job summary

Worldpac Canada Inc seeks an experienced Director of Accounts Payable to lead enterprise-wide AP across multi-entity operations. You will stabilize and optimize core AP, modernize processes, and drive automation and standardization while ensuring strong controls and timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has deep AP expertise, Oracle Cloud fluency, and a proven ability to lead teams through operational and systems change, across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting operations experience with AP ownership.
• Leadership of a multi-location AP team across entities.
• Deep ERP experience; Oracle Cloud or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to stabilize and transform operations and systems.
• Strong working capital and cash-flow management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AP operations, vendor management, invoicing, and disbursements.
• Ensure SLAs, controls, month-end close support, and financial reporting.
• Drive automation, process standardization, and system optimization.
• Develop and coach AP teams across locations and manage change.
• Maintain SOX compliance and fraud prevention controls.
