Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking aDirector, Patient-Centered Outcomes to architect and execute global COA, PED, and PRO strategies across oncology launch and lifecycle programs. You will lead end-to-end PRO/COA efforts, partnering with GVHEOR to integrate endpoints into cost-effectiveness models and HTA submissions.

You will oversee eCOA/ePRO implementations, vendor management, and regulatory liaison activities, ensuring robust evidence packages to support labeling claims and patient-focused

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10+ years in PCO/COA/PRO or HEOR within a global biopharma or top consultancy.
• Experience driving COA/PRO for oncology launches or lifecycle programs.
• Regulatory briefing document authoring with health authorities experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global COA/PRO strategies for launches and lifecycle programs.
• Oversee eCOA/ePRO trial operations and vendor management.
• Collaborate with commercial, pricing, and regulatory teams to inform labeling and HTA submissions.
