Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an experienced COA/PCO leader to drive the development and execution of COA strategies across Oncology and Neuroscience, in the US and international regions, partnering with Global Molecule Teams, HEOR, Medical Affairs and Market Access.

The role requires collaboration with senior leadership, strong cross-functional communication, and the ability to manage vendor relationships and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in PCOs/COAs or related HEOR/Medical Affairs roles.
• Oncology experience is essential; Neuroscience experience desired.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead COA strategy development and execution globally, incl. US and international regions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to raise COA awareness in product development and market access.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and project timelines; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure quality, compliance and timely delivery of COA projects.
