Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director, Patient-Centered Outcomes to architect and execute global COA, PED, and PRO strategies across oncology programs, from early development through lifecycle management. You will partner with GVHEOR, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to demonstrate value, support label claims, and drive payer interactions, while leading a team of scientists and external partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10+ years of dedicated experience in PCO/COA/PRO/HEOR within global biopharma or premier consultancy.
• Experience driving COA/PRO strategies for commercial launches and lifecycle programs in oncology.
• Regulatory briefing document authoring and engagement with FDA/EMA.
• Strong psychometric and mixed-methods expertise in PRO measurement.
• Payer & HTA fluency and capability to translate PRO data into value dossiers.

Responsabilités

• Lead global COA/PRO strategy across launches and lifecycle programs.
• Author regulatory submissions and briefing documents; support FDA/EMA interactions.
• Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs, GVHEOR, Pricing & Market Access.
• Drive end-to-end eCOA/ePRO deployment and data integrity across studies.
