Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Patient-Centered Outcomes to architect and execute global COA, PED, and PRO strategies across neuro-oncology and oncology initiatives. This senior leader will balance scientific rigor with urgent commercial timelines, driving evidence generation for label claims, payer discussions, and market access worldwide.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee eCOA/ePRO implementations, and collaborate with Global Medical Affairs, Commercial, and HTA

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Patient-Centered Outcomes (PCO), COA/PRO/HEOR in global biopharma.
• Oncology launch & lifecycle COA/PRO strategy experience in solid tumors or neuro-oncology.
• Regulatory briefing experience with FDA/EMA and PFDD guidances.
• Strong psychometrics, qualitative methods, and PRO instrument validation.
• Deep payer and HTA understanding, integrating PRO into value dossiers.
• Hands-on experience directing global eCOA/ePRO trial operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead COA/PRO strategies for launch and lifecycle brands across neuro-oncology and oncology portfolios.
• Partner with GVHEOR to integrate PRO endpoints into cost-effectiveness models and regulatory submissions.
• Mentor junior PCO scientists and manage external vendors and partnerships.
• Represent Jazz in external consortia and present at scientific venues.
• Drive end-to-end trial protocol COA sections and SAPs across registrational and lifecycle studies.
