Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in PCO/COA/PRO/HEOR in a global biopharma or premier consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead global COA/PRO strategy for launch and lifecycle programs.
• Partner with GVHEOR to integrate PRO endpoints into models and dossiers.
• Drive regulatory strategy including FDA/EMA interactions.
• Oversee global eCOA/ePRO implementation across 40+ countries.
• Mentor PCO scientists and manage vendor relationships.
