Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a COA lead to shape strategy and execution across Oncology and Neuroscience. You will partner with Global Molecule Teams, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to advance COA endpoints and measurement approaches globally.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and budget oversight in a fast-paced, global environment with 10–20% travel. A Bachelor's degree is required and a Master’s/PhD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is essential.
• 3+ years' experience in PCO/COA environments or related HEOR/Medical Affairs/Market Access.
• Experience in Oncology is essential; Neuroscience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute COA strategies across Oncology and Neuroscience globally.
• Collaborate with leadership to raise awareness of COA roles in development and indications.
• Build trust with US and international cross-functional teams.
• Define COA measurement approaches and advise endpoint strategies.
• Manage vendor/KOL relationships and project budgets for COA studies.
• Support forecasts and monitor PCO project budget needs.
• Track status of COA proposals, projects, and activities.
