Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a COA professional to lead strategy and execution across Oncology and Neuroscience, spanning US and international regions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape COA endpoints and measurement approaches, ensuring timely and compliant project delivery.

The role involves vendor and KOL management, collaboration with leadership, and oversight of budgets and forecasts to support study activities and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in PCOs/COAs environments and HEOR/Medical Affairs/Market Access in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute COA strategies and tactical plans across Oncology/Neuroscience globally, including US and international regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise awareness of COAs in product development, commercial development, and indications.
• Build trust and communicate with internal partners in US and international regions (Patient Advocacy, Finance, Medical Affairs, HEOR, etc.).
• Define COA measurement approaches and advise COA endpoint strategies with Head of PCO and team.
