Qualifications

• J.D. required; member in good standing of a state Bar.
• 10+ years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• 10+ years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating professional service and/or consultant contracts.
• 5+ years in pharmacy/specialty pharmacy or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as advisor to sales and business leaders to develop commercial strategy and drive deal velocity.
• Negotiate and review commercial contracts adhering to risk guidelines.
• Negotiate contracts for ecosystem partners (resellers, software licensing, etc.).
• Support development of new offerings and customer-facing terms for enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization for due diligence.
• Coordinate workflows, manage resources, and standardize processes across the team.
• Develop, motivate, and provide leadership to attorneys and legal professionals.
• Implement training for sales and business stakeholders on evolving best practices.
• Liaise with go-to-market teams for seamless commercialization of new offerings.
