Qualifications

• J.D. licensed in a U.S. state and in good standing.
• 10+ years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• 10+ years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating professional services contracts.
• 5+ years in pharmacy or pharmacy-adjacent industry.
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH and state privacy laws.

• Advise sales and business leaders to develop commercial strategy and drive deal velocity.
• Negotiate and review commercial contracts per risk guidelines.
• Negotiate contracts with ecosystem partners (resellers, software licenses).
• Support new offerings and terms for customer-facing agreements.
