Job summary
Omnicell is seeking a Director, Assistant General Counsel – Pharmacy Services to lead the legal support for outpatient and specialty pharmacy offerings. This player-coach role will negotiate commercial and ecosystem contracts, develop customer-facing terms, and drive cross-functional due diligence with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications
- J.D. and active state Bar admission required.
- 10+ years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
- 10+ years drafting professional services/consultant contracts.
- 10+ years collaborating with internal stakeholders in contract negotiations.
- 5+ years in pharmacy/specialty pharmacy or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH and state privacy laws.
Responsibilities
- Advise sales and business leaders on commercial strategy and deal velocity.
- Negotiate and review commercial contracts per risk guidelines.
- Negotiate contracts for ecosystem partners (resellers, software licenses).
- Support new offerings with customer-facing terms and enhancements.
- Coordinate due diligence with stakeholders across the organization.
- Channel workflow and resources to maximize team output with standardized processes.
- Develop and motivate attorneys and legal professionals.
- Implement training for sales and business stakeholders on best practices.
- Liaise with go-to-market teams for seamless commercialization of offerings.
