Qualifications

• J.D.; member in good standing of a state Bar.
• 10+ years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• 10+ years drafting professional services and/or consultant contracts.
• 10+ years collaborating with internal stakeholders in contract negotiations.
• 5+ years in pharmacy/specialty pharmacy or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH and privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as advisor to sales and leadership to shape strategy and speed deals.
• Negotiate and review commercial contracts with risk guidelines.
• Negotiate contracts with ecosystem partners (resellers, software licenses).
• Develop customer-facing terms for new/enhanced offerings.
• Collaborate across the organization on due diligence and processes.
• Coordinate workflow, allocate resources, and optimize team output.
• Lead attorneys and legal professionals with strategic vision.
