Maintain the shared customer lifecycle framework, from commercial handoff through implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion, including standards, SOPs, and RACI.Assess the Delivery implications of new deals, expansions, and contractual commitments so they are achievable and economically sound. Partner with Finance to measure Delivery effort and unit economics, including cost per surgical case, and model how product complexity affects scalability. Define Delivery metrics, data ownership, and dashboards with analytics teams, and automate manual work to reduce the burden on customer-facing teams.Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and surface delivery insights to Product, Engineering, Clinical, Commercial, and executive leadership.
