Job summary

Parexel seeks a Senior Manager, Global Commercial Operations and Enablement to join our team in a remote capacity. You will drive operational excellence and strategic enablement across global Inside Sales and commercial teams, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to design processes, campaigns, and enablement programs that accelerate growth.

You will lead onboarding and training, manage platforms like Highspot and Gong Engage, and analyze performance with Power BI/Tableau to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field
• 6–8 years in sales operations, commercial enablement, or business development in CRO/life sciences
• Experience designing and implementing sales operations processes and enablement programs
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM including pipeline management and reporting
• Experience with Highspot
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zymewire, Citeline, Pitchbook
• Proficiency in MS Office/365 including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multitasking
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve sales operations processes and CRM governance (Salesforce) for global Inside Sales
• Develop and execute global sales enablement strategy for Inside Sales and MBD teams
• Lead development and execution of MBD Inside Sales outreach campaigns
• Coordinate with Marketing to align enablement with events and conferences
• Analyze sales performance data using Power BI and Tableau for leadership decisions
• Serve as primary contact for commercial operations needs and governance
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Inside Sales and MBD
• Manage enablement platforms (Highspot) and sales engagement tools (Gong Engage)
