Job summary

Lexipol is seeking a Director of Product Management to own Performance Reporting end to end—from strategy and roadmap to commercial performance and execution. This fully remote role includes occasional travel to our corporate office in Frisco, TX, and requires you to be authorized to work in the United States.

You will lead a cross-functional team, shape data architecture, ensure CJIS-compliant insights, and drive GTM and pricing.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of product management experience, including full ownership of a product or product line and its commercial performance.
• Success leading cross-functional go-to-market launches, pre- and post-launch.
• Strong product strategy and market analysis skills, grounded in research.
• Technical fluency to work credibly with engineering on data and architecture.
• Experience with reporting or analytics software where accuracy is central.
• Genuine customer-centricity, shown through a discovery practice you ran yourself.
• Experience managing product talent in technical or non-technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a multi-year strategy for Performance Reporting - where to invest, where to partner, and where to decline.
• Conduct rigorous market analysis - sizing, segmentation, and competitive landscape - and turn it into a defensible view of where the product should go.
• Build business cases for new capabilities and major investments, including revenue model, expected impact, and how success will be measured.
• Track state mandates, accreditation standards, and transparency expectations, and position the product ahead of them.
